• Subscriptions Are Gold: A solid flower subscription service gives you guaranteed revenue, better planning, and happier customers who feel connected to your farm.

• Repurpose Everything: That leftover bouquet? That overharvest? It’s not waste—it’s a new product waiting to happen. Efficiency = profit.

• Delegate or Drown: You are not meant to do it all. Delegation (plus clear communication) is how you protect your time, your sanity, and your vision.
